1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or US public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly. If this occurs, you will be notified by email.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days
These delivery windows are based on typical courier performance within the US.
International Shipping
Delivery times vary depending on destination:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- North America (outside US): 7–12 business days
- South America: 10–20 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Important: International orders may experience delays due to customs processing.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and dimensions, and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions or flat-rate options during specific campaigns.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, the courier used, and a link to track your shipment in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, or packages lost because of courier errors. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can resend it — however, a new shipping fee may apply.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the packaging, photos of the damaged product, and a clear photo of the shipping label. We will assist with replacements or claims where applicable. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a delivery has been confirmed.
8. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they have been processed. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer modify it.
9. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by extreme weather conditions, postal or courier delays, customs checks, strikes, holidays, or global events. We always support our customers in tracking and resolving delivery-related issues.
